and the customer. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting an order you make a binding offer. The contract comes into effect when we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance.
Order process. You place the desired items in the basket and proceed to checkout. There you enter your delivery and payment details. The following overview page shows all details of goods, price, shipping costs and total amount once more. Only with the final button do you place an order with an obligation to pay.
Correcting input errors. Until you submit the order you can change all entries at any time: adjust quantities in the basket, remove items, return to earlier steps using your browser's back function, or cancel the process by closing the window.
Storage of the contract text. We store the contract text and send you the order details together with these terms by email. Beyond that you have no separate access to your past orders in the shop, so please keep the email.
Contract language. The contract may be concluded in German, English, Czech or Italian. The German version of these terms is authoritative for the content of the contract.
3 Made to order
All items are produced individually after the order is received. They are products from a fixed range and are not designed to customer specifications. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected (see the withdrawal policy).
For production reasons, minor deviations in colour and placement of the motif are possible and do not constitute a defect.
4 Prices and payment
All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Credit card, PayPal and Shop Pay are available. Which methods are offered in an individual case is shown during checkout. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
All items go into production only after payment has been received.
5 Delivery
We deliver within the European Union. Production is carried out by a partner company; delivery normally takes 5 to 8 working days from conclusion of the contract. Where several items are ordered, delivery may be made in partial shipments without additional shipping costs for the customer.
6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7 Warranty
The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.
8 Copyright
All motifs, photographs and designs are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not establish any right of use in the motifs. Reproduction, modification or commercial re-use are not permitted without our written consent.
9 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
Note: The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A reference to it is no longer required.
10 Language versions
These terms exist in several languages. In the event of discrepancies between the versions, the German text applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
11 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
